Well, here we go. I wanted to start something new, not so new to the rest of the world, but new to me and my marvelous friends. A chance for us to post ideas, stories, pictures, complaints, Ah Ha moments (according to Oprah), and the usual ranting and raving that I enjoy from all of my friends. You ask, "So how many licks DOES it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop, huh?" My answer is, I don't know. I've tried, but all it leaves me with is a sugar high and a sore tongue. And what is the center anyways - is it when you reach the ooey gooey tootsie roll or is it when you reach the tip of the cardboard stick that we have all eaten as a kid? The owl doesn't know, and neither do I! I hope you will all join me in this adventure as a fun way to share the cool things in each of our lives!

Thanks LA! Now, I know most of you are a little scared, but honestly, its nothing to be afraid of - this blogging thing. LA inspired me months ago with her website www.housewyfe.com. Check it out!

tiphannie, I hear ya sister! I must admit that I don't buy suckers that often - for two main reasons. First of all, yes, they take too damn long and if I am desperate enough to actually buy candy, I'm going for the insta-gratifica kind. Like chocolate! Secondly, I am at the nasty age that requires me to watch what I eat. And girls, I DO watch what I eat - every single bite gets looked at twice to make sure I don't miss my mouth.
